Spain - Costa Blanca

The house is 6 km from the beach, in the old town of Busot.

It is 15 km to the centre of Alicante and 30 minutes by car from the International Airport of Alicante.

The house has two bedrooms with double beds (from IKEA). Childrens beds and extra beds are available. There is a kitchen, two bathrooms, one dining room and a living room facing the swimming pool. Air conditioning both for heating and cooling.

The plot is 600 m2 and we have our own pool of 8x4 m.  

Since it is a corner house we only have two neighbouring houses - and in addition to that, a magnificent view!

Alicante - Busot

All seasons have their charm in the small old beautiful town of Busot. In winter we can see the snow in the mountains whilst in spring the temperature rises and the fantastic colours of the season bloom. The summer is normally very hot in Spain and so it is nice to be 300 metres above sea level in a clear and refreshing breeze. In summer we are normally 1 to 2 degrees cooler than the town.

The autumn is perhaps the best time for golf!
